Structure

Two primary components: liner (flat kraft faces) and medium (the fluted wave bonded to the liner). Single-wall, double-wall, and specialty builds change crush resistance and print quality.

What box styles can Kaizen produce?+

RSC (regular slotted), OSC overlap, lid-and-base, custom die-cut, trays, and internal partitions/inserts — all made to order.

How do I measure box size?+

Provide internal width × length × height in millimeters or inches of the product space you need, plus any print or handle cutouts.

Which flute should I choose?+

C-flute is the general-purpose default. E-flute for fine print/small die-cuts. BC for heavy stacking. We confirm after knowing product weight and transit.

Can I buy online?+
